Day 1:

TANGIER – TETOUAN – CHEFCHAOUEN

Arrival to Tangier, We will be at your welcome in the airport or the port to begin our 8 day tour from Tangier. We take the road to Tetouan in the Rif, The Medina of Tetouan is the ancient Islamic city in Morocco. The houses of the medina are almost all white and low. Throughout the medina, artisans such as weavers, jewelers, furriers,... etc.

Tetouan played a leading role in the Islamic period as it served as the main point of contact between Morocco and Andalusia. After the Reconquest, the city was rebuilt by Andalusian Muslim refugees who had been expelled from Spain by the decree of Philip III. Its architecture reveals the Andalusian in uence. After the visit, we take lunch and we continue to Chefchaouen, Dinner and accommodation in the Riad.


Day 2:

CHEFCHAOUEN – AL HOCEIMA

After breakfast, you will have free time to visit Chefchaouen, a city that was founded in 1471 on the site of a small Berber population. Its original population consisted mainly of exiles of al-Andalus, Muslims and Jews, which give the old part of the city an aspect very similar to the Andalusian villages with small alleys and whitewashed houses. lime (with blue tones). The oldest part of the city develops up the mountain, and at the highest point the springs of Ras al-Ma. The city center is Uta al-Hammam Square, where the fortress and a mosque with an octagonal tower. Another landmark in the city is the Andalusian mosque. The new city was built below the old city. After the visit, we continue towards Oued Laou, a village of the same name as the river that rises in the Rif mountains, from there we will join a coastal road continuing to Al Hoceima National Park that we will visit then we will stop for lunch. In the afternoon we will arrive to Al Hoceima. Accommodation and overnight in the hotel.


Day 3:

AL HOCEIMA – NADOR – SAIDIA

After breakfast in the hotel we will depart for a tour of the city of Al Hoceima, before continuing along the Mediterranean coast to Nador, the capital of the province, about 15 kilometers in the south of the city of Melilla, Nador is located on the shores of the sea, the only lagoon on the Moroccan Mediterranean coast. Lunch in Nador, then we always follow the Mediterranean coast, we arrive at Saidia, known as "The Blue Pearl" is a small town located in the far north of the country, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Its population has maritimetraditions, and it has one of the longest beaches of Morocco, of ne and golden sand, and bene ts from a Mediterranean climate. It is an established seaside resort and has became in recent years an international tourist destination by hosting one of the most important resorts in North of Africa. Night at

the hotel.


Day 4:

SAIDIA – OUJDA – TAZA

Breakfast at the hotel, then we will pass all the rst part of the day on the beach of Saidia before continuing our way towards Oujda, a city in the north-east of Morocco with a population estimated at half a million inhabitants , located about fteen kilometers west of the border with Algeria and about 60 kilometers south of the Mediterranean Sea, it is the capital of the Moroccan Oriental region and birthplace of the current Algerian president Abdelaziz Bouteflika. Lunch in Oujda, then we continue to Taza and Oued imlil where our hotel is located at the entrance of Tazekka National Park a natural wonder between the Rif Mountains and the Middle Atlas we will have the opportunity to discover the day that follows. It is advisable to prepare good walking shoes. Accommodation at the hotel.


Day 5:

TAZA – FEZ

Breakfast at the hotel, the morning is dedicated to the visit of the Tazekka National Park, set up in 1950 by Visiriel decree of July 11, on an initial area of 680 hectares, the main objective of the Tazekka National Park was to protect all the existing natural resources at the top of Jbel Tazekka, but especially the cedar forest (Cedrus atlantica), which is isolated on this piton, far from other Moroccan cedars, either those of the Middle Atlas, or those of the Rif ...In the afternoon departure to Fez, Accommodation and overnight at the Riad.


Day 6:

FEZ – MEKNES

Day dedicated to the discovery of the city of Fez, scientific, cultural and artisanal capital of Morocco, and the oldest of the imperial cities of Morocco, Fez is the pearl of the Arab world, the place of great sensations. It has played a leading role in the Islamic world for centuries.We will visit the most famous places of this unique city: Medersa Attarine, Royal Palace, Dar El Makhzan, Bab Boujloud, Ibn Danan Synagogue, Batha Museum, Borj North .. .etc. In the afternoon, we continue towards Meknes, on the way, stop in the ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis. Night at the riad in Meknes.


Day 7:

OMEKNES – LARACHE – ASILAH

Breakfast at the riad and departure to visit Meknes, a city in northern Morocco located at the foot of the mountains of the Middle Atlas. Meknes is in the middle of a green valley in the north. Meknes is one of the imperial cities of Morocco. We visit the royal stables, the Mellah-Jewish Quarter, the Lhdim Square and the monumental gate of Bab Mansour. Then we will continue towards Assilah via Kenitra and Larache. Accommodation in a Riad in Assilah.


Day 8:

ASSILAH – TANGIER

Breakfast at the riad and free time until the indicated time to transfer you to the port or airport of Tangier.In the road we will visit the cave of Hercules. Then end of our services.

10 Day Tour

From Tangier to Essaouira

Day 1:

TANGIER- CHEFCHAOUEN

We welcome you to the airport or port, and we take the road to Chefchaouen, one of the most pleasant cities in Morocco. A city full of atmosphere and vitality with paved streets leading to a series of shaded squares. Dinner and accommodation at the Riad.

Day 2:

CHEFCHAOUEN-FEZ

After breakfast, you will have free time to visit the city before taking the road to Fez, the scienti c and cultural capital of Morocco. This beautiful city is founded in the 8th century. Fez is the oldest of the imperial cities of Morocco, its medina which brings us back to the 13th century. Also the craftsmen of this city are grouped in its streets by activities which recall the ancient guilds.

Day 3:

FEZ

We will continue our exploration of the city of Fez, the pearl of the Arab world. Several beautiful places to visit: The eternal Medina, Old Medina, Chouara tanneries, Medersa Bouania, Medersa Cherratine, Medersa Attarine, Nejjarine Museum of Arts and Crafts, Borj North: Arms Museum, Dar Batha Museum, Tombs Mérinides , Bab boujloud, The Mellah, Garden Jnane Sbil.

Day 4:

FEZ-ERRACHIDIA- MERZOUGA

After breakfast, departure to the mountains of the Middle Atlas where live nomads and Berbers. On the way, we pass by the city of Ifrane, "The Swiss of Morocco", then the cedar forests of Azrou where we can observe the colony of monkeys that live there. Then Midelt or we will stop for lunch. We continue then through the gorges of Ziz and the valley of Ziz towards Er-Rachidia to arrive at Merzouga at the end of the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at an inn at the foot of the dunes.

Day 5:

MERZOUGA-ERG CHEBBI

After breakfast at the hostel, we take the road through one of the tracks used in the rally "Paris-Dakar". We will go to the other side of the dunes and we will visit the oasis of Merzouga, and the oasis of Tissardmine, mines MIFISS, and the desert plateaux to arrive at the village of Khamlia, village inhabited by a black population from the Mali. We will take a break to enjoy a tea accompanied by a percussion of drums of Castanets, then we return to the inn for lunch, free time until the time of the departure by camels across the vast expanse of golden sand Enjoying the beautiful landscape afforded by the magical sunset, enjoy the desert spirit with an indescribable starry sky as rarely seen. Dinner and accommodation under nomad tents.

Day 6:

MERZOUGA – RISANI – TODGHA GORGES–DADES GORGES

We get up early in the morning to witness the magical sunrise at the top of the big dune, then return by camel to the hostel, breakfast and shower before continuing to Rissani, holy city and birthplace of the Alawite dynasty housekeeper . We will visit its rich souk in craftsmanship and its beautiful ksour in town and around and we continue our way.

Day 7:

DADES GORGES – EL- KALAA M’GOUNA - SKOURA – OUARZAZATE.

After breakfast, we will depart to Ouarzazate through the valley of a thousand Kasbahs, then the valley of the roses to reach the palm of Skoura, famous for its many Kasbahs among the palm trees, such as the Kasbah Amerhidil which appears on the old 50 dirham notes. Skoura is the rst crossing point on the Dades road leading to Kelaa M'Gouna, the Dades gorges, Boumalne and the Toudgha valley. Arrival in Ouarzazate, lunch break then we will visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, built entirely in earth is part of the village of the same name attached to Ouarzazate. The ensemble occupies a strategic position at the con   uence of two major rivers: the Dades and Ouarzazate wadis thus forming the Drâa river; also located at the crossroads of old caravan passages. Night and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 8:

OUARZAZATE – MARRAKECH.

Breakfast, then we will depart for Marrakech. On the way, we visit the famous Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, recognized World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The best preserved fortified village in southern Morocco. We will arrive in Marrakech at the end of the afternoon. Riad accommodation (free dinner).

Day 9:

MARRAKECH

Day dedicated to the discovery of the city of wonders - Marrakech, we will visit the Saadian tombs where the founders of the city are buried, the Bahia Palace, residence of the former vizier, the Koutobia and its splendid minaret, the midersa ben Youssef, to nish in the inexpressible Djemaa el Fna, in the morning a big souk and the evening a magic show. Riad accommodation, free dinner.

Day 10:

ESSAOUIRA

The last day of our 10 days trip from Tangier will be dedicated to the city of Essaouira also known as Mogador. We will visit the sites and interesting places of this magical city.
